(Mu'amin) 40 : 15
رَفِيعُ الدَّرَجَاتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِ يُلْقِي الرُّوحَ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ عَلَىٰ مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ لِيُنْذِرَ يَوْمَ التَّلَاقِ
Possessor of the highest Ranks, Master of Throne, He sends down the Spirit from His Command upon His servants whom He wishes to warn about the Day they meet each other.
All 313 Messengers were given the Book, Adhikr—the Spirit. Not only to Messengers but to the proud representatives of the Lord also, the Spirit is inspired, as told in verses 3: 79-80 and 58: 22. Since Adhikr—the Splendid Book—is now formed, whoever holds fast to It, holds fast to the Lord and is guided on the Straightpath, as explained in verses 2: 256; 3: 101-102; 4: 174-175, and 5: 48.
